WE WILL DEVELOP LEADERS

We have honed a variety of ways for caring adults to use their gifts in service of Christ’s mission to kids. Our team includes volunteer roles, paid part-time Staff roles, and full-time careers with Young Life. Campaign funds will not be the primary funding source for any Staff costs. Instead, the funds raised through KNOWN and designated to leadership development will become a force multiplier to local Area vision and fundraising so we can reach far more students.
